"The stay was very enjoyable, given the location close to the Eiffel Tower. The room was nice however a bit small. Entering the tub/shower was a challenge and quite slippery. It took almost the full stay to figure out the shower head assembly. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The staff was very courteous and helpful when needed. I would suggest this hotel as worth the price."

"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"Great location for Gare de Lyon train station, 2 mins walk. We walked to Eiffel tower, took us maybe 30 mins. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us and we enjoyed our stay. There was an early check in available, which after a 30 hour flight was music to my ears. The room is small but that is known and part of the package! Very well designed rooms, felt like I was back in Japan!"

"When I originally booked this hotel, I realized within minutes that I had accidentally booked for the date my flight left the U.S. rather than the date I would actually arrive in Paris. Even though I caught the mistake immediately, the hotel refused to let me change the reservation dates. I explained that I would be arriving the following day, and they assured me that this would not be an issue. Because I had booked the stay months in advance, I followed up again with the hotel several days before my trip — both by email and by phone — to confirm that my room would be held and that I would not be marked as a no-show. I completed every pre-check-in document they sent and gave every possible indication that I would, in fact, be arriving. Despite all of this, the hotel gave my room away. When I arrived, I was told my reserved room was no longer available, yet I was still charged for the extra night — even though they clearly profited from reselling the room to someone else. They attempted to offer me a replacement room without the view I had specifically paid extra for, along with a complimentary breakfast as compensation. Neither came close to addressing the cost difference, inconvenience, or frustration caused by the situation. I would never recommend staying here."

"We’ve found hairs on bed, but looks like the bed sheet has already been changed. Hotel is under renovation, it blocks some of the window views from outside. No complaints about the location, it is close to Louvre and Notre dame Cathedral"

"Très bien situé, chambre petite mais correct et confortable. Le buffet déjeuner est excellent. Nous avons souper à 2 reprises, la nourriture est excellente. Une note spéciale pour Jean-Marc notre serveur, son service A+++ Il en fait en sorte que nous sommes retournés souper pour le revoir."

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à l'hôtel. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. La chambre était propre et bien aménagée. Est-ce que nous reviendrons ? Oui. Le seul petit inconvénient réside dans la distance qui nous sépare des sites touristiques classiques, malgré les très bonnes liaisons."
