Unable to control room temp in room and found it cold during the day but then so hot at night we had to sleep with the windows wide open (in winter). Which is fine except for how loud the train is with windows open. Would have been nice to be able to set the temp to a nice constant temp ourselves. "

"Staff were very friendly, room was extremely large so no complaints there. A bit more attention to housekeeping wouldn't go astray (cobwebs and dusty floors). Nearby Italian restaurant was amazing. Lovely place in a little corner of Lyon. "
