  • Fully equipped duplex, including its essential buffer tank, completely renovated in early February 2026, 5 minutes from all shops, golf course, market, casino, and the most beautiful white sand beaches in the region. The flower-filled residence in the hills above Saint-François is superb, airy, and completely unlike anything else on offer. Our garden and pool are maintained daily. You can enjoy all your meals (and rum punches) on the terrace, and bedroom 1 and the mezzanine bedroom are upstairs with views of the sea, Marie-Galante, or the golf course. After "flitting" around the Caribbean and the world for about forty years, we "fell" for this little pirate's hideaway, which boasts all the advantages: exceptional exposure and tranquility; it's completely unlike other properties in the region.
