"Die FeWo liegt sehr ruhig in dem kleinen Örtchen Goustranville, im Weiler Hameau de St. Clair, mittig in der Küstenregion der Normandie. Zur Autobahn sind es nur fünf Minuten, um Ziele wie Rouen (80 km), Mont St.Michel (150) oder – wenn man will – Paris (200) zu erreichen. Lokale Attraktionen wie die faszinierenden kleinen Örtchen Beuvron-en-Auge und Cambremer oder auch der Strand sind nah dabei. Auch Bayeux und die Landungsstrände sind recht gut zu erreichen Die FeWo hat alles was man braucht...

In the heatwave we managed to keep cool enough by arranging air to come in through open windows, but keeping shutters almost closed. There is no air con and there are no electric fans.The bedrooms are big enough and the beds comfortable. There is plenty of space to park. There is plenty of dining space inside and out. "Nous avons passés noël dans cette maison cheminée qui ne fonctionne pas un fond d’allumé feu de l’humidité dans les chambres du bas de la nourriture qui reste dans le frigo vaisselle sale et des serviettes déjà utilisées et les brosses à dent des autres personnes nous avons eut très froid et forte odeur d’humidité .Cela ne reflète pas l’annonce"

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette jolie maison au milieu des chevaux et des champs. Il y règne un grand calme. Au cœur du pays d’auge, tout est accessible à plus ou moins 20 minutes. Les enfants ont bien profité du jardin. Nous gardons l’adresse pour une prochaine fois ! NB : petits détails pratiques qui pourraient être ajoutés : un porte manteau dans les chambres qui n’ont pas de penderie et un plus grand miroir dans la salle de bain de l’étage"

"The house is set at the end of a very rural drive through the French countryside. Whilst VERY rustic, it has all the amenities you would expect, but is a compromise between a pretty old building and modern refurbishment. Perhaps not for everyone, but we loved it. P.S. mind your head on the beams upstairs."
