"Lovely hotel with great access to all transport requirements. Flat walk from station or you can get tram to front door almost. The room was beautiful and breakfast was made to order. Great service and very friendly staff made our stay for 2 nights, very enjoyable."

"The first night we stayed we would award top marks, but on or return 4 days later the second room was not as good. It was not as clean, the shower screen support was loose, the tv was hanging and not working properly. The furniture on the terrace was very dirty, we cleaned it before we could sit down. We were served a meal in our room, but thought that the dirty dishes would be removed, but they remained until we signed out"
