The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). "It was an excellent room for a good price, on the periphery of downtown Bordeaux so it was accessible but still removed enough from the bustle of downtown to have a good night’s sleep. "
