Large lot, heated pool, many opportunities for walks around. No shops in the place but Saint Germain l'Herm or Vernet Varenne 5 minutes by car. Body of water with supervised swimming in Vernet la Varenne.
Ideal for a quiet holiday with family or friends. . Bedding and towels not provided.
It is an eco responsible home with a rainwater collector My mother is in Clermont Ferrand (1:00) from the house for any intervention but she can be reached by phone.

A la découverte de l'Auvergne

Un séjour en tous points parfait. Nos attentes principales étaient tranquillité, randonnées. Nous avons été conquis par la région mais également par la résidence. Sa position à 1000m d'altitude offre un point de vue magnifique. Ses grandes baies vitrées donnent une très bonne luminosité intérieure et sa conception un endroit idéal pour passer un agréable séjour en famille ou entre amis. Son emplacement à l'écart du village lui confère le calme et la tranquillité que nous recherchions. Pour info, demander les coordonnées GPS pour trouver plus facilement ce coin de paradis. Un grand merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et sa prévenance.
