"The apartment is good for a short stay in Paris. It is near the central Paris sites and well-connected to the Metro. The size is adequate for 2 people. The only down side is that there isn't much natural light or any view, as it's located within the central courtyard on the building's ground floor. There were some minor maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, shower head that sprayed all over), but we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. "

Salles de bains et cuisines très sales : traces de gras et autres sur portes meubles, tiroirs non organisés et très encrassés, frigos non nettoyés (1 poivron pourri dans frigo rez); nous avons dû relaver la vaisselle, verres, tasses, couverts avant utilisation et décaper les douches avant utilisation : voir ci-dessous un...

"We were 3 couples visiting Paris for almost a week. This apartment was perfect for us. We expected to lounge around some of the time, and the spacious living room was great for that. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. A great location near lots of restaurants and pastry shops. Grocery store next door, and metro entrance just a few steps away. "

"L'accueil et les relations avec la propriétaire sont très agréables, l'endroit pour accéder à Paris est bien situé, le jardin est un plus mais la (très) petite maison devrait être mieux aménagée. Que ce soit les sièges, la table, la literie et, surtout, les toilettes, qui ne disposent pas de porte (!), l'aménagement intérieur, qui est assez rustique, devrait être amélioré. Nous étions trois mais au-delà de deux, la cohabitation est quand même compliquée."
