Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. Group Meeting

Overall property was great!!! Only complaint is that they say house sleeps 29 people which is true if everyone there is a couple and shares the king size beds. If everyone is single then you will be short of sleeping space. It was all guys on my trip so we had to sleep in same bed or make pallets on the floor which some guys did.

Very nice place

The property was exactly as described. There were a few glitches; the drains in all of the bathrooms were very slow, In the sinks and in the tubs. The back door in the kitchen did not lock, but the screen door did. The outlets in the bathrooms did not work. One of the blow dryers works very poorly, cuts on and off, and sounds like a jet landing. Other than that, it was a wonderful property. It was very nice. 10 of us could stay there very easily in all of the bedrooms on the main floor. We didn’t have to use the upstairs bedroom. It’s a perfect location across the street from the water. We saw deer, alligators, And lots of birds. Wonderful restaurants on the property. And we spent the day traveling into Beaufort, one of the days. Thank you very much!
