"The property is of a smallish size but clean and tidy the pool is excellent but shared with 2 other villas, the grounds are well kept and it is safe. The villa does require some updating as some of fixings and fittings are starting to look tired and at this price point I would have expected air conditioning and more space. The website announces that bedding is provided, but then the owner writes to you to ask for €10 per person for sheets and towels. On arrival, you are told to use a screwdriver to clean the shower drains of hair before you leave. Then on departure, with minutes to spare, you are told to clean the whole place yourself or pay another €50. It’s not unusual to ask for a cleaning fee, but...
