Large chalet with jacuzzi and lake view

  • Large and beautiful comfortable chalet (sleeps 15) with private jacuzzi, relaxation / gym / fitness area, video library, games room, table tennis, billiards, table football, pétanque field and view of Lac des Fades.
    The chalet, located on enclosed and planted grounds (1500m2), can accommodate 15 people in 6 bedrooms, 2 of which have a large balcony. Living room, flat screen TV, 50m2 shaded terrace ...
    Our weekly rates are inclusive of all charges (water, electricity, gas, tourist tax) for a number of occupants between 8 and 10 people.
    Decreasing / special rate depending on the number of people (1 to 4 people, then 5 to 7 people), the rental period and without access to certain equipment. Weekend possibilities >>> Contact us.
    Motorcyclists welcome: provision of the garage (closed).
    The options and services, if desired, are:
    - Sheets rental (10 € / bed)

Nous étions un groupe de 11 amis et nous nous sommes régalés durant ce week-end dans le chalet. Didier nous a bien accueilli, a été très sympa et réactif. La maison est propre, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un grand groupe. Le billard et le jacuzzi un régal. Et le restau conseillé par Didier délicieux. Je conseille !

Très bon séjour au chalet qui surplombe le lac des Fades. Véritable havre de calme et de nature! Notre famille a été ravie de profiter de cette vue magnifique mais aussi de toutes les activités possibles autour de ce lieu: randonnées, balades en vélos pour les vrais sportifs, ski nautique ou paddle…Et dans la région: le puy de Dôme, Vulcania, le volcan de Lembdegy, le Vélorail des Fades…Notre hôte était à l’écoute, réactif et généreux dans ses bonnes adresses!

Nous avions réservé ce gîte dans le cadre d'une classe découverte pour des jeunes d'IME. Didier est un hôte très sympathique qui a su nous donner les renseignements nécessaires et répondre à nos questions. Ce gîte a répondu à nos besoins, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Très bon séjour en famille (15 personnes).

Le chalet est très bien situé et offre une magnifique vue sur la retenue d'eau en contrebas. Le barbecue, le jacuzzi, la table de ping-pong, le terrain de boules, le billard et le babyfoot ont été appréciés de tous et ont permis de bons moments de convivialité.Didier nous a réservé un très bon accueil, prenant le temps de nous conseiller les meilleures activités à faire dans la région (Puy de dôme, Vulcania, le volcan de lemptégy ...) ainsi que les meilleures tables aux environs.Un petit détail concernant la chambre 2 : Le descriptif fait penser qu'elle abrite six lits (4 2 superposés), elle n'en compte en fait que quatre (2 superposés 1 lit et son tiroir lit).Finalement, cet hébergement a largement contribué à la réussite de notre réunion de famille et chacun en gardera un excellent souvenir.

Propriétaire très arrangeant et flexible. Par contre je suis parti dès la première nuit tellement l’allergie à la poussière était forte. Pareil pour trois autres personnes de ma famille qui eux sont restés. Les équipements : jacuzzi très bien, billard appréciable bien qu’en plein dans le salon. Baby-foot, balle déformée. Table de ping pont filet cassée. Pour ma part je ne reviendrai malheureusement pas.

Un bel endroit

Avec ses 6 chambres, le chalet offre de nombreux couchages. Il est très bien équipé, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La vue sur le lac est très belle, et de jolies balades sont possible aux alentours. Le propriétaire est arrangeant, même si l'adresse pour trouver le chalet n'était pas assez précise (on a cherché un bon moment une fois sur place).
