"Second time staying here. It’s my favorite hotel in Montreal. Right in the heart of the historic old town. The lobby doesn’t look like anything special but don’t let that fool you because the rooms are huge and magnificent. Had a small issue with something in my room and Nicolas at the front desk was so helpful. Nicolas also went after his shift was over to make sure my electric car was plugged in because I forgot to tell the valet to do it. Will definitely stay here again"
