"We spend 3 nights at the Chateau and could not be happier. Its location is very convenient, between Utah and Omaha beaches, so it is an accessible and strategic base to visit Normandy. Within a few minutes, in Carentan-les-marais, the D-Day experience, restaurants and other small business make it a good option. But the best part is the chateau itself and its hosts, Cathy and Jacky. They put a great effort in making you feel comfortable and are very nice people, in order that you feel at home....

"What a charming bed and breakfast! This place was a museum in itself, over 300 years old with modern amenities. David and Alyson, the owners, were the perfect hosts. "It was lovely, beautiful, friendly, quiet, and comfortable here. Guests are in rooms upstairs in a couple's new home. The house is part of a new development with large back yards. There is even a rooster next door. The couple presents a very nice continental breakfast of fresh, delicious breads and crescents, home made jam and hot tea or coffee or chocolate. The couple is very warm and welcoming. We couldn't have had a better time. Oh, they gave us a booklet of local sites and restaurants...
