"The room was great. We need an ADA room due to my disability and our room met those needs. One of the best things about this ADA room was the height of the toilet. A lot of ADA rooms especially in Idaho have bars for the toilet but the toilets are so low its challenging to get up from the toilet even with the bars. In the state of Washington they have updated their toilets to meet the ADA requirements. In Idaho only the newer places have the required toilet height. So that's a nice bonus in this hotel. The front desk people were excellent. Our second night we ordered pizza and the gentleman at the front desk gave us plates and utensils, not plastic, real plates, without us asking. That was a wonderful perk. The only thing that could have been better was the ADA room could have been a bit closer to the elevator however I understand having the ADA rooms closer to the stairs in case of an emergency the first responders could get the disabled people out easier. Overall we had a great experience and we're looking forward to using this Hyatt hotel again"
"It was ok. Definitely very old with cosmetic upgrades. The beds were good but the bathroom smelled funny and in desperate need of new caulking. The carpets need replaced and definitely needed vacuumed in the hallways and on the stairs. There wasn’t one outlet that held onto a plug. Really hard to charge phones. Also, the lighting in the room was absolutely terrible. Really frustrating. They did allow dogs, which is why I chose it, but probably won’t stay again."
"The room itself was very nice. The bed was super comfortable, the space was large, and the views were great — honestly more room than I even needed. I enjoy trying different places when I travel, and overall I enjoyed my stay.
A few things could definitely be improved though. It would help to have a much bigger sign or clearer instructions for check-in. I drove around the block a few times trying to figure out where to go. It would be helpful if they explained ahead of time that you drive into the parking garage, check in there, and then you’re set. I basically had to guess how the process worked.
I was also disappointed there was no pool, and having to pay an extra $25 to use the hot tub felt unnecessary — it would be nicer if that was just included for guests.
The staff mentioned they would notify me when the room was ready, but I never received a message. I also never received my emailed receipt. Overall though, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views."
