"It is hard to tell from pictures how nice a hotel is but, in this case, it was even nicer than the pictures looked. We had a travel delay and didn't check-in until after midnight, but everything went flawlessly and we were very pleasantly surprised about the hotel and our room. Big room, whole wall of windows, comfortable beds, and great location near Centre Bell (for a Canadiens game) and Gare Central (main train again). Will definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. We were initially a little apprehensive about booking, given some of the less-than-favourable reviews and ratings, but our experience turned out to be quite good. The check-in process was smooth, and we were even offered an early check-in, which was a nice gesture. The hotel is very conveniently located, just a short walk from the Old Port, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were neat and tidy, the bathrooms were clean, and hot water was readily available. The rooms also had a TV and refrigerator. One thing worth mentioning is that there is no electric kettle in the room, and the hotel does not provide one even on request. This is something to keep in mind, especially if you like having tea or coffee in your room."
