"This hotel is in a great location in Intra Murros, just a short walk to one of the main gates (be prepared for big crowds and cobblestone streets that are a bit tricky to negotiate with suitcases) The lobby is light and well decorated and there's a lift. Except for one notable exception - an older woman who was very unfriendly - the staff were great. Standout was Maria when we checked in. "Hotel is just minutes from the ferry port by taxi and the boardwalk along the beach is within walking distance. Waterfront view from the breakfast room is gorgeous. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Property is undergoing renovation to make entry more wheelchair accessible, but side entry is quite navigable. "
