"This was our fourth visit to this lovely small hotel in St. Malo; it is ideally situated for a morning ferry departure back to the UK. Although breakfast nominally starts at 08.00, the owners were very help with an earlier time. "There was an overall lack of care. I was told that breakfast was 7am until 10am at a cost of 14 euros. On one morning at 9am there was only two brearolls and two pain au chocolate. I had the last of the cheese abd there wsd nothing else. Had following morning at 9.10 there was nothing at all. On the day before I left my room had not been made up and the girl at reception just said that they had a problem - presumably because if was a public holiday."
