It comprises a living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with the beds made up for your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a seating area featuring two armchairs that convert into single beds for children (aged 12 and under), coffee tables and a TV.
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, hob, fridge, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker…
- A dining area with a table and chairs
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine.

The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Neighbourhood and things to do:
- The Hôtel d’Asfeld, just down the road from the flat, also known as the ‘Maison de Corsaire’.
- The museums, the Cathedral, the walk along the ramparts; guided tours are available by contacting the Tourist Office at Porte St-Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts on the outside.
- From Place St-Vincent, you’ll find bus and coach services to all areas of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train offering a guided historical tour of the town.
- Rue de l’Orme, also known as ‘Gourmet Street’, where you’ll discover some excellent local produce: Butter and cheese from Bordier, Saint-Malo babas, seasonal fruit and vegetables at Les 4 Saisons, fresh fish at the Guinemer fishmonger’s, as well as numerous restaurants, such as the Breizh Café, Le Cambusier, or even L’Absynthe at the bottom of the street.
- On Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy excellent seafood at the Café de l’Ouest, the best burgers at the Lion d’Or, enjoy Sunday brunch at the Maison Générale – a treat for both the taste buds and the eyes (please note: booking recommended) – and discover the charming restaurant Le Cargo Culte, with its friendly atmosphere, home-cooked dishes on the menu, tarts, salads, open sandwiches and soups, all served in a vintage-style setting. The crêperie La Duchesse Anne is a historic must-visit.
- In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at St-Patrick’s or the festive vibe of the Belle Époque. Cocktail lovers should pop along to La Fabrique, which offers a wide range of original cocktails. And if you prefer the atmosphere of boating and sailing, at the Port des Bas Sablons heading towards the St Servan neighbourhood, you can catch a concert or take in the sea view at Le Cunningham or on the terrace at Le Cancalais!

If you choose to come by car, please note that public parking is subject to a charge on all streets within the Intra Muros area, as well as in the car parks surrounding Intra Muros.

- Saint Malo railway station: 2 km (30 m on foot) or bus route 2.
- Dinard Airport: 25 minutes by car – London in 50 minutes
- Rennes Airport: 70 km to Rennes St Jacques
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, at the ferry terminal located a 5-minute walk away.
