We love this apartment. It's in a great position over looking the harbour and an easy walk to the facilities of St Malo old town. Marie-France is a lovely hostess and is always patient in trying to comprehend my basic French.
This was our fourth visit and it was as successful as the first 3!
Absolutely brilliant apartment, equipped with everything that you might need and more. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Open layout day area (kitchen, dining and living room) with access to balcony with summer furniture. And very good size bedrooms. Garage is a great bonus as no need to worry about space to park. Location is perfect, walking distance to main atractions of St Malo, 3min to beach, 10 min to Walled City. Also great gataway to main roads if you are planning sightseeing further away.
Marie is a great host! We couldn't wish for a better landlady. Communication was great from the moment we booked the place to the very last day of our stay. We will definitely recommend the place to our family and friends.
The apartment is a short walk to St Malo, either along the Marina or the promenade that runs along the beach.
Parking underground, be advised to park in a visitor’s bay not the actual garage space as it’s too small for a car.
Our host Marie was very friendly and helpful along with our neighbour too.

I would highly recommend the apartment for a vacation in St Malo and sunsets are fantastic from the town wall or beach.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement idéalement situé. À seulement quelques minutes à pied de Saint-Malo intra-muros et de la plage du Sillon. Il offre un cadre agréable et pratique pour découvrir la ville et ses environs.Les chambres, donnant sur une cour intérieure, sont très calmes et permettent de bien se reposer, à l’abri du bruit de la circulation. Le séjour est spacieux et lumineux, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit balcon, très agréable pour lire ou prendre un café.L’un des gros atouts de cette location est le garage souterrain, un vrai confort à Saint-Malo où le stationnement peut être compliqué.L’appartement est parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description sur Abritel. Il est bien entretenu et bien équipé. La plage du Sillon est à quelques pas seulement, parfaite pour de belles balades le long de la côte ou pour rejoindre intra-muros à pied.Le séjour a été très apprécié par toute la famille. Il ne manque finalement qu’une vue directe sur la mer pour que ce soit absolument parfait L’accueil a été chaleureux et très professionnel. Madame BILHEU a été particulièrement sympathique, conciliante et arrangeante pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ, ce qui a grandement facilité notre organisation.Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation et espérons pouvoir y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Saint-Malo.

Super appartement, conforme à l’annonce. Très bien situé, très bien équipé (on y est comme à la maison). Le garage est un réel atout (ok pour un break). Communication très fluide avec les propriétaires. A recommander sans hésiter.

très bon séjour à St Malo
Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré le mauvais temps.
L'appartement est très beau, très bien décoré et très propre, surtout très spacieux : grandes pièces, très bonne literie, grand dressing. Par contre, balcon très petit et la vue n'est pas formidable.
Par contre, beaucoup de choses étaient fausses sur le site Abritel : certaines photos ne correspondaient pas, ainsi que ce qui était annoncé.
Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la ville, des commerces et de la mer (que malheureusement nous ne voyons pas de l'appartement) et surtout le parking souterrain dans l'immeuble.
La propriétaire est très agréable et sympathique et surtout très dévouée, un grand merci à elle.
Wir wurden sehr nett von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Sie war jederzeit ansprechbar. Sehr wohnliche, gut ausgestattete und helle Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und großem Küchenbereich mit Blick auf den Hafen inklusive Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, nach "Intra-Muros" 10 -15 Min. zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gab es einen Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz mit Zugang zum Aufzug. Die Aussicht auf den Innenhafen war sehr schön. Zum Strand waren es nur 50 m. Die Altstadt und das Umland von Saint Malo waren Traumhaft. Sehr zum Empfehlen.

Séjour très apprécié par toute la famille. Appartement calme et chaleureux avec une vue magnifique sur le port, bien équipé. Literie très confortable. Le garage est un plus, pratique et indispensable à Saint-Malo.
Nous tenions à souligner l'accueil de Mme Bilheu, toujours disponible pour ses hôtes et merci pour la délicate attention : les crêpes etaient délicieuses!

Sehr, sehr saubere, mit allem gut ausgestattete Wohnung. In 5 Minuten ereichbar, fußläufig der Strand und die Strandpromenade. Alle gastronomischen Angebot vor Ort oder Intra Muros. Sehr gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr (3 Minuten Fußweg). Der Bahnhof ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Ein besonderen Dank an unsere Gastgeberin für den herzlichen Empfang.
