3-Bedroom House with Garden Near St. Servan

Malouine, now "expatriate" to follow my husband, I rent out my charming house located in a quiet residential area of St Servan.

First beaches 5 minutes by car, intra muros 10 minutes by bike (2 adult bikes available).
Bakery, biocoop, supermarket and local products store nearby.

The house comprises:
First floor:
- a living room open to an equipped kitchen,
- a toilet
- A garage with washing machine (possibility to park a motorbike there)
Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, dressing room and desk
- A bathroom with bathtub and 1 toilet (please note that it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility-see photo- )

Bed linen and towels are provided.
Small garden with dining area and barbecue.
Smoking allowed outside and pets allowed.
Possibility to park on the land or on the street for free.

Rental from Sunday to Sunday (to avoid Saturday traffic jams!).

Possibility of cleaning option: 150 €.
