"Beautiful flat, although the five flights of stairs to get there were a lot. I'm told most Paris buildings typically have elevators. Not this one. So that was difficult. Otherwise, it was fine but I would recommend the owners stock the place for appropriate needs. For a place as expensive as this one, it should have dishwasher and laundry soap, at a minimum, and maybe some sugar and espressos. Also, please invest in pillows as those provided cannot be called pillows -- they are flat as pancakes...

"Gorgeous and spacious sanctuary in the heart of the Marais. Shopping and restaurants right outside the door, but a fully equipped kitchen if you want a night in. Two full baths also a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer! Would give ten stars if I could!"

"The flat was just right for us. It couldn't be closer to a Metro station and there were plenty of places to eat or buy food in close proximity. I would have given 5 stars for check-in, too, but we found the previous renters were leaving at our 3 pm arrival time, so we had to wait for the flat to be cleaned. That happened quickly, though. "We stayed for four nights. The property entrance is off a charming courtyard garden, off a quiet lane, off a narrow quiet street. I was woken up by birds, not car sounds. It's a ground floor, but quite bright. The kitchen/living area is not huge, but it's a long L shaped apartment, so the bedrooms are separated from the kitchen. I could get up and hit the boulangerie around the corner at 7am and not wake up the kids. And they could stay up late and not wake me up when I went to bed at 9. There...

"The apartment is conveniently located close to various tourist spots, public transportation, and restaurants. Within a short walk there’s a lane with a bee-hive of activity and restaurants faring cuisines from all over the world. The apartment is small, but functional. Be careful on the narrow, steeply angled stairway though. The location is safe, and the metro station is a short hop away. You will not be disappointed."

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We were looking for a larger bed and a larger shower and this was perfect. We didn't do any cooking other than our breakfasts, but it was very well equipped if you wanted to. No elevator, but Oliver was kind enough to give me some assistance with my bag. Bakery is on the corner and a nice grocery store right on the next street. Short walk to metro stations and lots of restaurant choices."

"All 4 of us upon arrival were thrilled with the view. Our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. A Parisian lifestyle is what we wanted and what we received. We loved the park below and the sounds of children playing. The only inconvenience was that the lights in the first floor did not come on when coming in after dark. It felt a little uncomfortable for us. Over all we were very happy with our stay."

However, check in a little cumbersome and flat was not super clean given expensive rental, including blood stain on pillow. We received a very small credit for this. Also, freezer not operational as missing door."
