"There were quite a few issues with this holiday property. The owner of the property was not in the country to sort out the problems we experienced eg there was an problem leaving the the pool robot in the pool, it was dangerous, also a problem with two cooker rings and the IPTV television stopped working. She sent her sons to try to sort them out but they had no experience of these problems. Mice in the house ! No air conditioning at all provided, only fans."

"We stayed at the end of July for 12 nights with our 9 year old son. The house is set up with everything you need for a holiday away from home with a wonderfully stocked kitchen. The fantastic owners met us and left a beautiful basket of vegetables from their garden which we enjoyed so much. They also left some gorgeous wine from their estate. "This is a beautiful traditional style French house of the region. It is a bit rustic in places, but absolutely packed with charm and character. The location is amazing - what you see in the photos is exactly how it is. The river is a 60-second walk away with easy access in and out of the water. The village is pretty, quiet and within 10 minutes drive of a E.Leclere supermarket and the main road. The house is spacious, has bags of character, has a fabulous outdoor space with chairs, sun-loungers...

"Very clean pleasant gite offering a spot opposite it to rest. Nothing special to do in the closed surroundings apart canoë but great base to explore a little further: Dune de Pilat and bassin d’Arcachon, Bordeaux the oenologue tour is interesting including testings, Montbazillac and Saint Emilion without missing the historique part of Bergerac. "Our group (7 adults, 7 kids and one teenager) had an absolutely wonderful two week stay in September 2023. The gite was even better than as shown in the pictures (if that's even possible) and quickly became our oasis for the trip.
