(140x190), fireplace with insert and an open kitchen with pizza oven opening onto adjoining equipped terrace. Shower room with toilet. 2nd level : 3 attic bedrooms including 1 double bed (140x190) in each. Shower room with toilet. Pedestrian access to the Gîte, public parking 200m away. Including charges. Tourist tax extra. Stay in the heart of Saint-Martin-Vésubie summer mountain center, close to the hamlet of Boréon (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, Alpha le Center du Loup, mountain lake) and La Colmiane winter sports resort and summer. The Vésubia Mountain Park is the new indoor canyoning, caving and climbing center, as well as the swimming pool and wellness area. Alpha des loups park in Boréon, a great family discovery.
