"Great stay and staff "

"The apartment is downstairs from the owner’s family but this was fine - we had full use of the huge garden and pool. Spacious bedrooms, and great to have good air conditioning in the August heat. Pool is really big and great for teenage kids. Everything we needed was there, and Sandrine gave us a thorough check in and a helpful folder with tips for local visits. Only downside was that it was a little further to drive to Nice and other places on the French Riviera than we had realised. But overall great."

"We loved our week's stay in Saint-Martin-du-Var. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed (a family of 4). A very quiet location with scenic views and easy access to the mountains and to the coast. And we couldn't have wished for nicer hosts!"

"A really great hotel, very friendly owners. Clean and comfortable room, basic but had everything I needed. Beautiful location as a base for exploring / walking in the area. I was on a solo motorcycle trip and it was an excellent location for me. Home made and home cooked food in the restaurant was exceptional and delicious!"

"So t be fooled by the listing of the property ! The picture of the SpA is a separate building different business and the cost is 27euros per day out of pocket . Room service is not provided as they list in the free amenities but u will have to do a deep cleaning of the room including washing the floors 😂before leaving otherwise it will cost you 49 euro, u will be charged for extra towels other wise u are shout out of luck if you have kids. Checking is AFTER 5 pm!!! Yep! The WiFi does not work and had to go to a local coffee to check my emails . No restaurants in site except a snack bar ! 20 mns drive to Saint Martin de la Vesubi ! 15 mns to next to town.so. Rey isolated. I feel they took me for an idiot ! I am angry and will not recommend this place "
