"Good base to stay for days/evenings into Paris Metro about 10mins walk or use Bolt app"

"The place is really good, the area is not that bad, the only inconvenient is that is reasonable far from paris. The good thing: you can walk about 10mins to the metro station. There's laundry, market, bakery, restaurant and a bar close by. Over all I recommend city residence for a placid staying."
