"Pros: 1) Friendly and helpful staff; 2) Window can be opened for fresh air on the 1st floor (not sure about the 2nd floor); 3) Nice pancake machine, wish they have 2 of those as it’s very slow and only make 2 very small pancakes at a time. Cons: 1) Find hairs (most likely from previous customers) on bed 2) Noise (you can hear people next door talking, showering and late arrival customers slamming the door after midnight, etc.); 3) Only one of the waffles machine works and it only make a burned waffle); 4) No elevator;"

"My husband and I needed an affordable place to stay during a work weekend . I booked site unseen. What a beautiful, classy place! The staff was friendly and professional. The brass railings and glass elevators made us feel like we were living in style! The food was divine! We will be back very soon!"
