"Absolutely terrible experience. First we had an issue with our breakfast. We booked through Expedia and the hotel told us we didn’t have breakfast added. Had to keep arguing with the staff and showing them our confirmation. I even had to speak to someone at Expedia. We had 6 rooms across all of our bookings and all the bathroom sinks would fill up. Even when taking out the stopper the sink still filled up. We had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned everyday as the cleaners would miss our rooms. All of us in all rooms have bites all over us. No doubt from bed bugs. Was an absolute disgrace. Also the breakfast wasn’t anything great. "

"Amazing stay, so welcoming, the parking was full so it was just in the carpark next door, but all easy and secure and I had the mossst lovely stay, with some wonderful last minute late night food on request and a lovely little coffee for my drive this morning. They take care of the details. Highly recommend."
