Nous avons rencontré un problème : nous avons avoué avoir fumé dans la chambre alors que c’était interdit, nous nous en sommes excusés en précisant qu’on ne l’avait pas lu mais que nous en assumerions les conséquences. On nous a facturé 100€ de frais ce que nous pouvons comprendre mais nous aurions aimé un peu plus de complaisance car nous nous en sommes excusés, nous avons respecté les lieux, son standing et nous...
