Everything is planned to relax with family or friends in the calm and comfort of the place. The billiards table is there to help you as well as the rackets, or the swing, the trampoline!

This independent accommodation also has an individual main driveway where you can park for free and in complete safety!

On the practical side, this cottage is located a stone's throw from the town center of Saint Ouen du Tilleul and Bourgtheroulde where you will find a pharmacy, pizzeria, baker and brasserie/bar, Japanese or traditional restaurants... The commercial area will also allow you to do other shopping

Depending on the time of your arrival, we will be happy to welcome you directly but rest assured, in case of late arrival, the key box will be at your disposal in complete independence!
