"We did not receive any communication regarding checking despite a communication from us that went unanswered 3 days prior. On the day of the booking we reached out to obtain the keys and after an hour the host responded stating they had double booked the property. We were a party of 6 adults and their offer to compensate us with a 1 BR appt. When I questioned the lack of beds, the host did not respond for more than 1 hour. I attempted to contact VRBO by phone and chat without any response...

"The property does not represent the listing made. Show pictures of the outside down the alley not just the inside which will put you off booking. Host is maximising opportunity by double booking it on other sites and miss selling the accommodation. Don't get stranded without accommodation as I did due to him. Anthony ignores any contact 29 doesn't exist and is actually number 2. Do not stay here although convenience looks good you will be very disappointed, where it is, size, cleanliness etc..."

"Bonjour,L’annonce correspond absolument pas au lieu : il n’y a pas sac cinq chambres, mais quatre chambres, plus un petit sofa dans la salle commune. Deux chambres, sont en fait une seule chambre avec une mezzanine, et ne forme qu’un seul espace. (Maillet annoncé comme deux chambres.)La troisième chambre, qui dispose d’une salle de bain sans WC (contrairement à ce qui est annoncé) n’a pas de porte, et donne sur l’espace commun. La quatrième chambre, quant à elle, propose deux lits … et une...
