Très belle maison de famille

Nous avons passés une semaine de vacances en famille pour les fêtes de noël. Nous avons été enchantés par la maison à proximité des commerces et de la mer. Dans la maison rien ne manque, tout est très bien étudié pour des vacances en famille avec un très bêl extérieur. Bref un lieu magique pour passer des belles vacances. De plus un très bon accueil. Je recommande vivement. Nous reviendrons.

Séjour en famille à Saint Pierre de Quiberon

Séjour à 3 familles avec enfants en bas âge dans la maison de Pierre et Sylvie. Maison idéale pour ce type de séjour. Espaces et salles de bain parfaitement adaptés pour respecter l'intimité de chaque famille. Grand espaces communs parfaits pour la vie en communauté. Situation de la maison idéale pour profiter de la plage, du club de voile, des commerçants de Saint-Pierre et découvrir la presqu'île à vélo. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Quiberon. La météo et la maison y ont contribué. La maison est spacieuse très lumineuse, équipée avec de l'électroménager de qualité. La literie est également de qualité, excepté peut-être le clic clac du 1er étage. Les 3 salles d'eau sont les bienvenues pour 12 personnes. On profite de La terrasse extérieure du matin au soir au soleil. Les petites attentions, comme les plaids dans le salon, les conseils du propriétaire concernant les sorties possibles, ont été appréciées. Tout est bien pensé, le robinet extérieur pour rincer le matériel de plage par exemple, la cabane de jardin, pour entreposer les vélos. Le tout dans un environnement calme et très proche de la plage. Bref une semaine au top.

Fantastic location and beautiful modern house

Excellent hosts. Made us very welcome. The stay was wonderful because all the facilities in the house were easily accessible. Modern premises with everything new, clean and functional of a very high standard. Wifi was fast and tv could access Netflix and Amazon etc A very high standard indeed and I will definitely return.

tolle Lage, modernes Haus

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist ideal für Familien. Der kleine Ort St. Pierre ist in 5 Min. mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und die Übergabe problemlos. Gerne wieder M. + W. Wambach

Villa récente, vaste et confortable, près de l'Océan, côté baie, correspondant bien au descriptif du site. Un bémol: escaliers dangereux pour de jeunes enfants. Quelques suggestions: les locataires apprécieraient de trouver des tapis de douche, des porte-savons dans les douches, du papier WC dans toutes les toilettes, des sacs dans les poubelles, une bouteille d'eau fraîche dans le frigo. A noter que le barbecue n'avait pas été nettoyé. l'option ménage conseillée, 130€, nous a paru très chère.

A delightful, modern, well equipped house in a quiet and convenient location

Kerpi was a spacious, modern, light, airy, really well equipped house and the terrace and garden were practical for the children and outside meals. It was well located, being only a 15 min walk to St. Pierre and a short drive to Quiberon. There was a lovely beach very near and loads of others not far away to explore. With a dishwasher, washing machine and a good hot water supply for showers it was very convenient. There was also a separate downstairs toilet which is not mentioned in the description, but was very welcome particularly with small children in the party. Despite some days of hot weather over 25 degrees the sliding doors and electric window blinds kept the temperatures at a reasonable level. The open metal stairs were a little noisy and with the open plan design of the house we had to be a bit careful of noise in the morning and bedtime, but even with 1, 4 and 5 year old grandchildren this was not really a problem. In all Kerpi was a wonderful house for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

J'ai trouvé cette location sur le bon coin. Et puis il y a eu le contact par mail, par téléphone avec le propriétaire qui a été très à l'écoute et pas avide d'informations. La description donnée, les photos jointes de l'extérieur et de l'intérieur correspondaient exactement à la réalité. Le bon accueil, la situation près de la mer, non loin du centre de St Pierre de Quiberon, la maison très grande a accueilli ma famille de 8 adultes et un bébé. Notre séjour a été très confortable et rendu tout notre petit monde heureux. Marche à pied, vélo, baignade, restaurants, marché, la proximité de Quiberon, que demander de plus ! Je recommanderais vivement à un ami cette location où il n'y a pas de mauvaise surprise mais que des bonnes. Je vous souhaite Locataires de tomber sur de telles locations et n'oubliez pas d'en prendre soin !

Tout était parfait dans cette maison. Nous étions 10 et chacun a trouvé sa place tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Beaucoup d'espace, des équipements complets, la plage à proximité, une jeune femme charmante pour nous accueillir. Sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus mit Top- Ausstattung

In diesem Ferienhaus findet man wirklich alles, was man braucht ... bis auf Schnapsgläser :-) Die Aufteilung ist sehr großzügig, sodaß sich auch 9 Personen locker verteilen ohne sich auf den Füssen zu stehen. Garten, Grill, Liegestühle, WiFi, TV mit USB-Anschluss...alles da, was man im Urlaub braucht. Es waren wieder einmal 2 tolle Wochen, die leider viel zu schnell vorbei gingen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Verwalterin ist sehr nett und angenehm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison Kerpi à St Pierre Quiberon. La maison est très bien équipée, beaucoup de luminosité et de beaux volumes permettant à chacun un peu d'intimité s'il le souhaite. Très proche de la plage. Nous avons pu également déguster de très bonnes galettes à proximité, à la crêperie du Ker David. Il nous tarde d'y retourner aux beaux jours. Je recommande vivement.
