"This comfortable, well-appointed apartment is within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the historic center of Perigueux. With bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends, it would work well for a family or two couples. The apartment is quiet and very secure. We appreciated having a private parking place and direct access to the small park next to the cathedral. The street market in front of the cathedral was a treat. Isabelle was charming and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment...

"Nous Étions 2 couples et avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est propre, très bien situé en plein centre de sarlat, proche des restaurants, marché, animations... Des places de parking gratuites se trouvent facilement à 400m (sinon tout est payant). Je recommande"

"We really enjoyed this lovely apartment. It is one floor up in a Renaissance building and features beautiful exposed stonework and a nice view over a neighboring garden and rooftops. We found the apartment very comfortable. It was rainy and cold during our visit and the apartment felt cosey. "Such a beautiful place in a beautiful town. We visited as a family of 5 with 3 school-age children. The apartment had space for everyone and was very clean. Communication with the manager was very easy and checkin went smoothly. This town and region are beautiful. We should have stayed a week at least! Lots of food options within a 2min walk. Great restaurants! Easy driving access to nearby caves, and such beautiful drives. Should have stayed longer!"

Une petite remarque concernant les affaires mises à disposition ou nous ne disposons pas de certaines choses (ex : tapis de douche) excepté draps et serviettes qui eux sont compris dans un supplément. "Enjoyed the rural setting and the evening quiet. Once we found it, the place was easy to access and find our way around the area. Overall, decent lodging at a good price. Although small, the studio was decently outfitted with some exceptions... No dish cloth or dish towels. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. No garbage collection during our 5 night stay. Shower head needed some tightening, flopped all over the place."

"This is a good property in the heart of the historic district of Sarlat. We had great support from Valentin and Clois when we were there. The room was in the attic with a small kitchenette, which we used for breakfast 2 of the days that we were there. We needed a property with a garage and booked one with them. What we did not realize that this was a several minute walk from the property itself. There also was no convenient place to bring up the car to unload luggage since there was a fair going...
