"Hôte très sympathique. Communication et instructions très claires. La "petite maison" porte bien son nom, mais elle est très agréable.La place de parking privée juste devant l'entrée est un vrai plus.Je recommande."

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, beautiful wood and stone work everywhere, incredibly picturesque. The spa and pool areas were gorgeous and the staff was impeccably helpful. We honestly had a tough time leaving, to the point that we considered booking an additional night and staying even though we had already prepaid for a room at another hotel further along in our travels - it was that good. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, friendly owner, cozy rooms, breakfast is included in, close to Aosta.
The last part of the town road / alley leading to the hotel is very narrow, I did manage to maneuver my regular car (midsize) into the parking spot next to the hotel garden unscathed though.
The town is very quiet, had a peaceful night.
I will enjoy visiting again.

We enjoyed our stay at HB hotel, we did have a little trouble driving to the property but a quick call to the hotel staff directed us quickly.

We enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I especially appreciated them drying out our mountaineering boots after they got wet during an unexpected river crossing (since the Freney / Brouillard bridges had been removed for the season while we were on the Monzino via ferrata).

Lovely hotel just outside of the city, located in a perfect position for visiting the sites in the region. Would definitely return to Aosta and Le Charaban. Also, the hotel restaurant was excellent!

Terrace has a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc. Nice terrace. Great place for a bottle of wine in the evening.
Staff need to be a bit friendlier

Our expectations were set for a three star experience. The staff, the warmth of this well run family establishment surpassed our expectations. No dining other than a nice breakfast in the morning. But excellent place to head off to ski for the day and walk to city restaurants in the evening. They also had a Tesla charger we benefitted from.
