La Quinardais - Charmante maison avec terrasse
This charming 60 m² house in Saint-Samson-sur-Rance can accommodate up to 3 travelers. It comprises a pretty 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 12 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) and one single bed
Outside:
- A south-facing terrace with garden furniture of approx. 10m².
The house is ideally located in Saint-Samson-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- La Maison bretonne is located near the banks of the Rance river in Saint-Samson-sur-Rance,
- The Lyvet marina is 1.5 km from the accommodation. The seaside resort of Dinard is 19 km away.
- The tourist town of Dinan is 7 km away. The charming village of Plouër sur Rance is 4 km away. The corsair city of Saint-Malo is 24 km away, and Mont Saint-Michel is 50 km.
- A bicycle rental service is available on site, by reservation only. You can enjoy the following activities: swimming and water sports, hiking, cycling and visits to tourist highlights.

🙂 charmante petite maison, avec un parking réservé devant la maison. Le lit double est grand et confortable. Nous étions 2 personnes, nous avons utilisé la chambre du 1er étage. Les WC sont au 1er étage dans la salle de bain.
L'endroit est très calme. Nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires, tout est bien expliqué, avec un gentil mot d’accueil sur la table. Et des guides à disposition. Cuisine très bien équipée. Merci

La Quinardais Nous remercions le gardien et sa femme pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé car il est a proximité a la fois de Dinan, du mont saint Michel et de saint malo. Le logement est dans un petit village très calme, commerce a 3 km. La literie du 1 er étage et du lit double au 2 ème étage étaient très confortable. Le lit simple mérite d être changer. Tout était bien propre et il y avait aussi des produits de 1 er nécessité (papier toilette, sel, poivre, huile...).
