"Everything was very nice, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. We didn’t use the pool or other amenities but having them available was welcome. Main complaint was that the hotel lost power for a couple hours in the morning. Obviously inconvenient, and I wish they were quicker to bring it back , but the free breakfast they gave us in compensation was delicious and a nice gesture. My only other complaint was that the staff, though not overtly rude, had slightly cold manners. It might just be a difference between English and French Canadian culture, or it could be that we didn’t speak French or that our two young kids were a little rowdy. But in any case a little more warmth from the staff would have been appreciated. Overall a smooth and pleasant stay, however."

"We had a 1 night stay and were rather impressed by the clean and spacious room, friendly staff. The location is excellent with restaurants nearby, it's nice to stroll around the town. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"The place and whole area was incredible. We went to go explore the Marine park up in Tadoussac but we spent more time near the O Bois area. The hiking trails were amazing and the OBox was the perfect combination of comfort while being right in the woods. The chalet and club house also provided everything we needed!"

"We loved our 2-night stay at ÖBois Charlevoix! The breakfasts were delicious, the hikes around the property were beautiful, and relaxing by the lake was a highlight. Our room was very comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. It feels remote and peaceful, yet is still just a short drive from town—perfect balance."
