"The Chateau and its grounds are beautiful, though in a somewhat rustic, magnificently aged, sort of way. We really enjoyed lounging at the pool in a spectacularly scenic setting and biking around the grounds. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent. Enjoying it is a key part of the French Chateau experience. We reserved a deluxe double room, but were upgraded to a higher category room because of a complication with the reservation. "This is a beautiful property located in a quiet preserve about 10 minutes from Chateau Chambord. The pool was nice as were the meals, linens, and staff. There was an issue with my billing that I believe old have been handled better. Overall, I highly recommend"
