"The Chateau and its grounds are beautiful, though in a somewhat rustic, magnificently aged, sort of way. We really enjoyed lounging at the pool in a spectacularly scenic setting and biking around the grounds. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent. Enjoying it is a key part of the French Chateau experience. We reserved a deluxe double room, but were upgraded to a higher category room because of a complication with the reservation. "Beautiful setting and Edouard and Alexandra were amazing hosts! They’ve recently refurbished their place to a very high standard and my wife even enjoyed a dip in the swimming pool. Situated right next to a gorgeous chateau, we couldn’t have asked for more for our first night of holiday. If we are travelling this way in the future we shall be sure to stay again."
