- Charentaise house from the 20s with garden and terrace located on the outskirts of Angoulême (famous for its international comic book festival) House of 140 m² composed of a large living room (65m²) including kitchen, living room and dining room 1 office (with bed of 140) bathroom and toilet Upstairs: 3 bedrooms including a master suite + toilet.<br>Very pleasant terrace at the back of the house, not overlooked, haven of peace for relaxation.<br>At 700 m, is the lake of SAINT-YRIEIX with many water activities.

Belle maison bien située
Un emplacement ideal pour des vacances en famille avec des plans d'eau à moins de 10 minutes de voiture (par ex à Vindelle) et un à moins de 5 minutes avec un grand nombre d'activité (la grande prairie).
Rien n'a manqué dans la maison, c'était parfait.

Vacances en famille
La propriété est parfaite, très bien située. Musée de la BD à moins de 5 minutes en voiture ; un lac avec possibilité de baignade et promenade a 5 min en voiture, bien d'autres visites a faire dans le coin.
Hôtesse a l'écoute que je remercie et encore merci pour le panier d'accueil avec des produits locaux.

Magnifique maison pleine de charme, complètement sécurisée où les enfants ont pu gambader à loisir.
