Mme Ismar et ses deux enfants ont été trÚs acceuillants, nous avons loués mon mari et 3de mes enfants et moi pour la période du 21 04 08 au 09 05 08 appartement avec 2 chambres,salon avec clic clac,coin cuisine, salle de bain,balcon et terrasse avec accÚs escaliers extérieurs situé haut de maison.Appartement bien agencé décoré avec gout et trÚs soigné à 5mn a pied de la plage du club med et 5 mm en voiture du centre ville et du marché de st anne.Nous pouvions garer notre voiture de location dans la cour de mme Ismar.le faite que ce soit un haut de maison n a été nullement dérangeant car se sont des personnes trÚs calmes et discrÚtes et d une grande gentillesse,tout ça pour vous dire n hésitez pas y allez en tout qu a nous on y retournera flore,gilbert et leurs 4 enfants

Arnaque

La photo ne correspond pas Ă  l’appartement que nous avons eu. Il n’y a pas de balcon. La propriĂ©taire ne semblait pas savoir que nous avions dĂ©jĂ  rĂ©glĂ© par carte sur le site, elle a insistĂ© lourdement en exigeant un chĂšque ou de l’espĂšce avant de se raviser. De plus , pas un mot de bienvenu et des mots assez brutaux « je suis trĂšs occupĂ©e et pressĂ©e » et bien sĂ»r pas un mot d’excuse pour ses exigences de paiement non fondĂ©es. Ampoule brĂ»lĂ©e oblige nous avons accĂ©dĂ© Ă  l’appartement dans le noir le plus total. Il y aurait encore beaucoup Ă  dire. Le seul point positif c’est la propretĂ© de l’appartement car il faut prĂ©ciser que « la maison agrĂ©able et bien ventilĂ©e » Ă©tait en fait un appartement . Inutile de prĂ©ciser que nous n’y retournerons pas.

Endroit trÚs bine situé mais air climatisé défectueux dans la chambre principale.

Endroit bien situé prÚs de la plage Caravelle. appartement de base sans plus. Je n'ai pu rejoindre la propriétaire à travers le site donc j'ai eu beaucoup de difficulté à trouver l'endroit. J'aurais aussi apprécié des chaises de plages disponible. L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre principale, beaucoup de moustique la nuit,

Close to La Caravelle beach

This apartment is close to La Caravelle beach- about a 15 minute walk. I’m not sure if this is common on the island but we had running water shutdown for 24 hours. While the home owner informed us on arrival that this would happen and provided bottled water in bathroom and kitchen, this was inconvenient. Air conditioners work beginning at 7 pm until early am which is ok if you’ll be out during the day. Mosquitos were a problem.

Nous sommes revenus !

Ravis de notre précédent séjour nous sommes revenus sur les lieux de nos précédentes vacances en Guadeloupe mais cette fois ci à deux familles et en prenant les deux appartements. Ce fut trÚs agréable et comme d'habitude conforme au descriptif abritel. Un rapport qualité / prix excellent, une proximité de Saint Anne trÚs appréciable. A réserver sans souci.

séjour trÚs agréable

Notre séjour en Guadeloupe fin novembre 2008 a été réussi en partie grùce à cette location dont le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Aucune surprise vis à vis du descriptif, et la propriétaire et ses enfants sont discrÚts et charmants.Location est bien située pour les amateurs de plage.Je pense que lors d'un prochain voyage,nous ferons certainement une étape à cet endroit car c'est une adresse à garder précieusement et à faire partager aux amis!

Appartement pourvu de tout le confort, et idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  l'entrĂ©e de Sainte Anne, madame Ismar et ses enfants sont charmants. Le rapport qualitĂ© prix est excellent, si je devais formuler une ou deux amĂ©liorations, peut ĂȘtre que l'ajout d'un lave vaisselle et la possibilitĂ© de se connecter au rĂ©seau wifi seraient bienvenus. Sinon la description est exactement celle d'abritel, il y a un deuxiĂšme appartement Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de celui ci si bien que si vous venez nombreux (deux familles par exemple, vous serez logĂ©s au mĂȘme endroit). Une adresse Ă  retenir pour la prochaine fois !
