The beautiful "La Provence" apartment is located in the completely renovated (2023) vacation home "Villa Bellevue," which features a total of 4 self-contained vacation apartments in a quiet estate in the Semaphore neighborhood. The villa is situated above the center of Sainte-Maxime. The town, with its beautiful beach and harbor as well as restaurants, bars, and shops, is within a 15-minute walk (1 km).

Stunning panoramic views from the property of the sea, the beautiful bay of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, and the Massif des Maures mountain range. A magnificent southwest-facing location with unforgettable sunsets that can be enjoyed from the terraces and the heated saltwater infinity pool, which is available for shared use by guests.

Access by car—for example, via the Route du Soleil—by plane to the airports in Nice and Marseille, or by public transportation.

Nearby destinations: Saint-Tropez and Port Grimaud, easily accessible by car or by the regularly scheduled ferry (approx. 10 min); charming mountain villages in the hinterland of the

The vacation home consists of four self-contained apartments with private entrances: three units ranging from 45 to 55 square meters and one larger apartment measuring 100 square meters. Each unit features 1–2 fully equipped bathrooms with separate toilets and a fully furnished kitchen.

The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds (160 cm–180 cm), built-in closets, and dressers. Luxurious bedding, effective blackout options, and air conditioning in all bedrooms ensure restful nights. The living rooms, which are also equipped with air conditioning, feature pull-out sleeper sofas (160 cm), also of very high quality.
