"Les Oliviers du Rigaou" is a splendid villa located in the Jas neuf area in Sainte-Maxime.
You will particularly appreciate the panoramic sea view and the heated swimming pool.
The location is ideal (800 meters from the sea, 800 meters from the golf course and close to the city center).

Located at the top of the domain, you will benefit from the calm that the location provides.

A pretty covered terrace allows you to eat out of the sun while overlooking the sea while the pool terrace allows you to relax in the sun with the appropriate garden furniture.

A plancha is available to prepare your meals outdoors.

The dishes, the kitchen utensils and the garden furniture are new and suitable for 12 people.

The 160m² villa is made up of 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 1 triple bunk bed + 1 convertible sofa in the living room, i.e. 11 beds), 3 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath), a equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and dining room.

One bedroom on the ground floor is air conditioned, the others are fitted with fans.

The beds are ready for your arrival. Towels are also provided.
