"Excellent friendly hotel five minutes walk from train station just inside town walls. Warm welcome at reception, rooms comfortable, good WiFi didn’t have breakfast. Arles is a beautiful town and the Saturday morning market has to be one of the best in France. "

"From the moment we arrived, the two ladies at the front desk set a super welcoming vibe. They were very personable and helpful. Going back to the front desk later, we got a great recommendation for dinner from the guy who was on the later shift. What has been amazing though is their above-and-beyond help in getting my daughter's AirPods back to her in Canada. It ended up that I needed a shipping label printed, the AirPods packed, and then the whole thing dropped at the post office. They were supportive and patient throughout, and once I got the order figured out, they took care of the rest for me. For the room, we booked for three people and were surprised - after their help checking us in an hour or so early - to find our room was really two rooms, each with their own bathroom (YAY! AMAZING with a teenage daughter!), joined by a kitchenette! We weren't aware of the student housing concept but just thought it was a hotel-type accommodation, so once we knew that, it made a lot of sense. We dined one night in the common area, which is a cool space with amenities. We wished we would have made it to the rooftop, but the rain. Next time. It seemed like a bit of a strange location at first, but easy access to both Montpellier and Lattes, and all the other places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was a beautiful 5 star hotel. The property is gorgeous. The room is small but lovely- nice bathroom and bathtub. We had a fantastic dinner at the gourmet restaurant. Outstanding. The server was lovely. We took their shuttle into town and that was great. Got to the market and did some shopping. Concierge super helpful also. My only comment is I did not like their pillows! Please get some down pillows for those of us who feel every lump and bump. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay. The spa and indoor pool looked great but we had a very short stay. I would recommend this property highly. "

"Spacious room with the biggest bed I have ever seen (Super Kingsize?). The room was spotless with a good walk in shower and the onsite restaurant is excellent but very popular so booking a table at check in time is recommended. If you don't fancy the restaurant or it is fully booked, at least there is McDonalds just around the corner. For the price this is by far the best hotel we have found while on a touring holiday. "
