Everything was so convenient about this hotel and location. The staff were so attentive and could not help you enough. The first day we were there we went to breakfast and were escorted to a table with an amazing view of Fuji. Doesn’t get any better.

A really convenient location for all amenities, especially the train station. Staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. Lovely breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji on clear days. Amazing. Would definitely return.

A bit far away from Tokyo or Shinjuku (at least 35 mins by JR), but overall experience was good. Just few minutes walk from Urawa station, PARCO amd Isetan department stores are next to the station, very convenient for shopping and dining. Room size is enough for a single traveller, clean and quiet. The bath towels are soft and clean, really good. Hotel breakfast in buffet type, with various Japanese dishes. They also served eel, where not many hotel provided. Restaurant located at 12/F, if weather is good, can see Mount Fuji too. Surely I will stay at this hotel again, highly recommended ...
