"This property is a “must stay” if ever visiting Shinjuku Tokyo. All 5 stars for service, amenities, breakfast buffet and room quality by Japanese standards. The beds were very comfortable and the room sizable for my husband, grown daughter and myself. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and had a large variety of both Japanese and Western fare. The building is beautiful and brand new and walkable to all areas of Shinjuku! We loved every moment and are grateful to Charlie for getting us off to Kyoto in the end by helping with checking out and transport to Tokyo Station!! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again!
