"外観はちょっと古めの一戸建てですが、内装はリフォームされていて清潔感があります。 ベッドが気温の低い時期は寒く感じると思うので、毛布や厚手の寝巻きを用意しておくことをお勧めします。 冷暖房がエアコンのみなので、つけっぱなしにすると乾燥しがちです。加湿器が欲しい所です。 Wifiはホテルや集合住宅と比較してかなり高速です。上下共300Mbps以上を計測しました。 屋内BBQ可能とありますが、ごく一般的なガスコンロのキッチンです。調理器具も用意されているので食材を用意すれば普通に料理が可能ですが、炭火の網焼き等はできません。 間取りはかなり広いと思いました。和洋室すべてに布団を敷き詰めたら10人程度は宿泊できそうな広さです。 浴槽は少し小さめです。足をのばしてゆったり入れるようなタイプでは無く、数十年前の一般住宅にありがちな深い長方形のタイプです。 また、リビングの張り紙にも記載されていますが、近隣に住宅があるため深夜に大騒ぎできるような立地ではない点にご注意ください。"

"We spent 2 nights before flying out of Narita airport and chose this location because of its location. The outlet mall is a 10 min walk down a rural one lane road but once there, you have great access to shops and great little restaurants. Only bad thing we encountered was taxis do not run early and getting my daughter to the airport for her flight at 9 was a nightmare. We had to wake the owner to get help with transportation. She was amazing and helped us even though we woke her up so early &...

"This is a modern and spacious room. It is everything you want in a room to stay in Tokyo. Its close to the train station that will take you anywhere. Its a safe area where you can walk at anytime of day or night. There is a 7-11 across the street for snacks, drinks and even full meals. The host is great and everything was amazing. Would recommend again and again."
