Loved the location and closeness to the beach and shopping. Lots of restaurants to choose from but most of the time defaulted to the Oceans Cafe for the service, the entertainment, the food and the awesome staff

We got #7, a huge suite! Comfortable bed, hot water, all very nice. Only downside is the bar playing music until midnight, but they did warn us via message in advance and the music was turned off right at midnight. Double windows would be a huge help with that. Otherwise, super friendly staff, great breakfasts, and right on the beach.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms cluttered with too much memorabilia. Towels had strong musty, unpleasant smell. The room with balcony over looking the water was lovely. Sit back and enjoy the sunset drum/dance circle. Continently located and popular in the evening.

Eclectically designed (think American diner merged with local Ethno vibes) and surprisingly huge suite above a funky music place that, luckily, offered us a quiet and cozy rest after arriving very late in Sal. The Italian owners are paying a lot of attention to details, staff is relaxed and friendly so we had a very pleasant experience.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Santa Maria

This was a great hotel for us. Very good location (less than a minute from the beach but at a fraction of the cost of one of the resorts) and in the heart of Santa Maria. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The best thing about the hotel though was the staff. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. In the evenings when the restaurant and bar become a live entertainment venue they are engaging and entertaining with all of their guests, be they younger or older. They are a real credit to the hotel.

Too noisy

Live music every evening which is acceptabel but it was followed by a dj who played much to loud until two in the morning. Like trying to sleep on the dancefloor.

La camera era confortevole, anche se quando ho prenotato credevo fosse un'altra molto più grande. Unico pecca il mini bar aveva solo 4 bottigliette di acqua gratis e poi non è mai stato più rifornito. Mi è stato detto che avrei pagato. Macchina caffè invece con capsule gratuite. Struttura d'eccellenza ed ambiente ricercato. Cucina del ristorante ottima. Staff veramente eccellente.

Il mio giudizio su questo Albergo è positivo, vincente la posizione a pochi metri dal mare e a pochi passi dalla via principale.Camere pulite .Inoltre tutti, dal proprietario alle signore dei piani agiscono per risolvere ogni questione. Particolare plauso ai ragazzi del bar ristorante (qualcuno di loro parla italiano). Unica vera pecca (per me) sono le suite sopra il ristorante dove c'è musica assordante fino alle 00:30...ma non per tutti è un limite!....io ritengo che si debba poter scegliere del proprio tempo, perciò quando prenotate e la pensate come me, scegliete le Suite lontane dal ristorante. anche italiano)piani

Einzigartig, toll aber nichts für Ruhe suchende

Super Boutique Hotel mit einzigartiger Einrichtung. Toller Service, sauber, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Zimmer über dem Pub wo jeden Abend Livemusik gemacht wird also nichts für Ruhe suchende.

Can't believe more people don't stay here!

Everything about the stay was perfect except I wasn't aware of the fact that the hotel was not staffed 24 hours and no one answered the helpline. With this said, if you need a taxi for an early morning flight and you do not book in advance you will be in big trouble. Had I known this in advance, the end of my stay would have been less stressful.The hotel is lively and there is a bar underneath but for me this was perfect because I felt the party came to me. Actually it's more accurate to call this hotel more like a serviced apartment as the front desk is closed along with access to the lobby/gift shop at night thru the early morning.

Super établissement au cachet unique, nous avons pris la suite élites avec vu sur la mer. L’hotel est à 50m d’une des plus belles plages de l’ile. Personnel très agréable et à l’ecoute.

Each room was individually decorated in a music theme with local artistry. It was very cleverly done. The cafe and restaurant were excellent and again very cleverly done. Above all the staff could not have been any more pleasant and accommodating. Loved The Ocean Cafe!

Отличное место в самом сердце Санта-Марии

Все понравилось. Идеальное расположение (Ocean Cafe - пожалуй самое центральное место города), стильный и просторный номер, качественная уборка. Но для любителей ложиться спать пораньше может быть шумно от Ocean Cafe, расположенном на первом этаже.

Como um grupo de 3 casais e com reserva antecipada de 1 mês ao chegarmos disseram que teríamos que ficar em prédios separados. Entretanto após nossa insistência em ficarmos juntos, sempre prestativos e educadíssimos, a equipe nos aceitos no ocean suites no prédio que fizemos a reserva. Aliás optamos por este hotel por seu estilo cult diferenciado e adoramos. As meninas Andria e Lady super atenciosas assim como Ramiro, João e Renato. Recomendamos
