Very nice place to stay. Front desk staff is the friendliest and most helpful that I've seen for a long time. Good buffet breakfast selection. Spa and pool a short walk from hotel and the prices were reasonable. We will stay here again

Being here was an absolutely beautiful experience. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean and featured astounding views over the golf fields. The design was simply impeccable, the rooms are stylish and with lots of high tech features. Breakfast could be much better, but I wouldn’t even take points off for that provided that everything else is fantastic. This is a brand new hotel and we wish it long years of prosperity!

It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping.

Everything about our three night stay at this hotel was outstanding. The design is amazing, modern, yet warm and welcoming. Unbelievable quality and attention to detail. The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. Breakfast, which was included, was also great, fantastic selection, including custom made orders, such as avocado toast. The spa is gorgeous and the treatments I scheduled were one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The rooftop bar is fun with a beautiful view of the...

Excellent place to relax and unwind from busy life. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We had half board add on option and the food options and quality was also very good. The hotel is in excellent condiiton, quiet and in very close proximity to the town center. The gardens and surrounding area offer fantastic outdoor activities. We have visited a number of spa towns, including Karlovy Vary, Marianske Lane and Harvey Hotel in Frantiskovy Lazne is at the top of our list. If you...

Spacious apartment style rooms with full kitchen. Great for extended stays. Very charming & clean. Close to the central area & the wooded trails nearby.

We had a very pleasant night staying in the main hotel building that dates from the late 1800s. The complex is quite large, with an indoor equestrian rink, a bar, a restaurant, a spa, and a large event room. The breakfast buffet contained a bit of everything so everyone was able to find a breakfast. The decor is traditional, everything was well maintained, and the bed sheets were nice. The staff spoke English and German and were very helpful. The location near the river is beautiful, and it...

The property is very clean and updated. The room was really spacious and the price was extremely reasonable. The staff was really friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and will for sure stay here again on my future trips. Thank you very much for a wonderful service.

Surprised that we arrived on the “opening of the spa season” - lots of music, kiosks with yummy food- easy to walk to the spas, and recreation areas.Great breakfast included in room rate.

It's a fantastic hotel, in a luxury castle in an incredible location. The service was incredible in the reception and spa, and the food of a exceptionally quality.
