A modern, swim out apartment with access to all the resort facilities

The Location - This modern swim out apartment is located within Pacific Blue Resort at Salamander Bay. Pacific Blue boasts a huge pool that wraps around the resort, day spa, tennis court (byo racquets), gym and a heated lap pool. All just 400 metres from the Salamander Shopping Centre and a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay, Anna Bay or Shoal Bay.

The Apartment - A split level apartment with air conditioning, open plan living downstairs. flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and leading out to the balcony with direct access to the pool. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and cook top. The bedroom is located upstairs, with a king bed(cant split) and a single fold up bed (ideal for a child), a bathroom and an extra balcony overlooking the pool. Plus an internal laundry with washer and dryer and off street parking for one car.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Linen packs are provided at this property. If you would like beds made please contact our office.

Please note that linen is an additional çharge. If you require the children's fold up bed, this will need to be arranged with our office.

The pool was great shops are very close in walking distance the staff at the place were amazing room needs to be fully renovated and updated the walls were very dirty lounge was so uncomfortable felt like we were sitting on wood cobwebs everywhere sliding door hard to open and screen doors don’t close properly blinds don’t open only when you slide them kitchen has a bad smell coming from under the sink where the pots and pans are kept toaster is rusted kettle needs a clean on the inside and to put the fold out bed for my child it only fitted against the sliding door and above staircase not safe the whole place has a real musty old smell there also was no power needed to go to the main reception in the place and ask how we get power so for 139/265 we would not return and we would not recommend the apartment to anybody we did not enjoy our time at this apartment which made our holiday the worst

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The apartment was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were spider webs everywhere, even inside the apartment, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Because of these issues, we decided to leave the apartment before our due check-out date. Overall, the accommodation was not worth the money paid, and we would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

One bedroom swim out villa

Beautiful location.Villa was dirty with bottle caps on the balcony and throughout the villa, under coffee table, in the drawers in the kitchen. Big out dated furniture.

Room was amazing and pool facility. Only down side, room smelt very damp and mouldy.. once we aired it out it was amazing. Maybe get in and air them out in between stays.

The property itself is great, clean, modern and basically equipped. Getting in and out of the pool from the apartment required a bit of effort as there is no ladder. Not easy for young kids or older people. We did find an area just down from the apartment where you could use steps. The 40 degree weather didn’t help as the electricity went off several times for long periods. Only one control for both AC. Having to make your own bed at that price point is having a lend.

Location location

Ideal location and ambience. Pool and spa were kept clean. Overall clean and neat. Shower leaked out under the bottom onto floor Fresh linen supplied. Make your own bed. Well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Didn't appreciate the bed not being made, and having to do it ourselves. No face washer with our towel set. Great location, restaurant and bar were lovely.

Great Place for Family Hoilday

Beautiful location. Very clean and tidy apartment. Unfortunately there is some brokenblinds which need to be fixed. People can see in apartment. Not good fo4 changing purposes.

It was very expensive for what we got it had broken shutters n weeds growing on the patio cigarettes butts and kitchen lacking in basic equipment no soap no shampoo n we had to make our own bed on arrival

beautiful location

Our apartment was fairly tidy and clean, reception staff were very friendly, there was toilet paper provided and fresh linen + towels. short drive to the beach and surrounded by many fun day time activities, very relaxing. Definitely will be coming back!

Really run down shutters broken inoperative without real force flie screen has holes need to make own bed on arrival pile of mess in corner of bedroom ie towels bed sheets cushions blankets weeds and cob webs all around property front court yard full of cigarette butts in and around drain having to drop keys at the agents office in town very inconvieant inside rubbish bin full of rubbish and very filthy on outside

Beautiful property and location

Property was a 4.5/5 stars; it was beautiful, clean and the perfect get away. Location was also immaculate. The staff at the bar/cafe on site were very kind and made wonderful cocktails.

Pure relaxation

The location was great and having the pool along our backyard was perfect and kept the kids preoccupied the whole day and early bedtimes. All grocery essentials were in the mall opposite our townhouse.

Lovely complex, layout and facilities. While the apartment was clean, the ground floor living room carpet had a strong odour of mould. My wife and son are allergic to mould and so had strong reactions. I strongly recommend the ground floor carpet is replaced with a waterproof hard floor like lino or ceramic tiles so water or moisture brought in from the pool can be wiped up easily.
