This property is perfectly positioned, only one street back from the beach and within walking distance from Salamander Bay shopping village. Only a short stroll down the road is a variety of cafes and restaurants from the Village Grind Coffee Shop to the popular Oceanic Chinese Restaurant. There are plenty of places to explore in the area, Nelson Bay with its range of beautiful beaches is just around the corner. Sunset Beach at Soldiers Point is close by and is a perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing by the sunset. Toboggan Hill Park makes for an exciting day trip, and Tomaree National Park has countless hiking tracks and lookouts for the nature lovers.
