"It’s hard to accurately describe how wonderful Livia’s Villa is, so I’ll offer this comment from a friend who arrived first: “It’s like stepping into a dream.” 15 of us traveled from the US and a few points in Amsterdam to celebrate my husband’s birthday. No one wanted to leave.The property is gorgeous, Livia is an exceptional host, the town and many amenities are close by, and Nonna Maria’s dinner on the first night was wonderful. We’d absolutely come back and are already planning our trip! "

"Lovely stay in Villa Azzura, we will always remember our mornings in the balcony, drinking our Italian coffee and having the best toast with orange marmelade, offered by our host, Antonio. He made it himself out of the oranges from the garden! Very nice gazebo outside. The place is large, clean, welcoming and it remained in our hearts!"

"Loredana was so kind, showed us around the property and answered all our questions. We had an amazing time which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pictures do not do the view justice and the view just gets better from that amazing pool as the sun sets! Great location, secluded enough to feel alone but 5 or so minutes from essentials such as supermarkets and restaurants. The house was an excellent base for our holiday in this part of Sicily, and was a pleasure to come back to each night."

"After travelling all the way from New Zealand it was great to finally arrive in such a perfect spot. Arriving at night we didn't appreciate the great views of the sea and the mountains until the next morning. The villa is large with 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very useful when 5 adults and 3 children are all trying to get ready for the beach!. Handy to have an outside shower to remove all the sand as well. "VILLA ORCHIDEA is in a great location (you need a car), the local super market in 5 mins away, and the beach less than 10 mins. There is so much to see nearby, such as the Temple of Segesta (20 mins), Zingaro National Park (20 mins) with its lovely walks and beaches, and of course Erice, and Mozia, and Selinunte. There is lots to see and do in the locale and Antonio and Massimo are very helpful. It's a great place to relax and unwind, but also to explore - especially with the kids."

"Das Haus liegt in einer wenig besiedelten schönen Landschaft, nur durch einen Feldweg vom Meer getrennt. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse. Sehr günstig als Stützpunkt für Ausflüge nach Palermo, Castellammare, Trapani, Segesta und das Naturschutz-Wandergebiet Zingaro. Schönes großes Schlafzimmer meerseits, die anderen beiden Zimmer sind sehr klein. Bei Problemen wurde uns von den Eigentümern bereitwillig und zeitnah geholfen. "

"This Villa is beautiful and a great size for a group of friends or family, but the best part of this place was the accommodation of the hosts. We had Francesco who greeted us and looked after us for the week, organising a boat trip for us, and as a group of friends who wasn’t driving he provided us a phone number for a great taxi company that were there for us whenever we needed. The location was great, however there isn’t really any footpaths so you are like walking on a road, so small journeys...

"Sicily is an amazing town but the accomodation at the villa was the worst ever. Starting with the basic cleaning status of the villa, the toilet is teribble very very old . The shower is compeltely rusted.. there is no garabage bin (which is considered a basic thing). The surrounding area without a car is unsafe due to dangerous free dogs, although we were not informed about that. The tenant is not honest at all especially regarding electricity consumption. "La famiglia= 22 persons. We spent a wonderful week in Mr Antonios fantastic willas. We enjoyed he's hospitality and the great pool and garden. It was quite easy to get to the beach with our rented cars. We highly recommend this place and hope that we can return some day. Mr Ove with family"
